Refund Policy – Sauce Coven

At Sauce Coven, all of our products are made to order through Printify, a print-on-demand platform. Because each item is custom-created just for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue, printing error, or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to work with Printify to provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or misprinted item

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer size/style exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes ordered, or change of mind.

Please double-check your sizing, design, and order details before checking out. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help guide you!


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Customer remorse or ordering the wrong item/size

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs


🔄 Order Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production immediately, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order is in production and cannot be changed or refunded.
