🔄 Order Processing & Fulfillment
All Sauce Coven merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand providers within the United States. Orders typically take 2 business days to process and ship. During high-volume periods—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the December holiday season—processing times may extend to 5 business days.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can also access your tracking info by logging into your Sauce Coven account and checking your Order History.
⚠️ Note: Tracking updates—especially for international orders—may take up to 5 business days to reflect movement.

📦 Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered items, we strive to ship 1–2 days before the listed release date (but never earlier). Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to potential fulfillment or carrier delays. If a pre-order is delayed beyond our control, we’ll notify you via email.
