Because our items are made to order:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • To request a replacement or refund for damaged items, contact us at support@saucecoven.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
